Amazing Homemade Toner

Here is another homemade beauty product of mine... my favourite toner.
Not only is this suuuper cheap, it's super effective. I've had my picky teenage sister use it and she happens to love it (she doesn't love much, especially cosmetics, how do we even share the same DNA?). She still struggles with break-outs, and very few products worked on her. " I don't break out as much", she says. The toner actually helped her prevent and soothe breakouts.
The two ingredients you'll need are: witch hazel and apple cider vinegar.
I like to use Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner and Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, in equal quantities. I store it in a small pump bottle and usually, 2 or 3 sprays are enough to cover my face neck and décolleté. The witch hazel soothes while the apple cider vinegar restores my skin's pH balance after cleansing.
I have a lot less breakouts, my skin glows after I put it on and it helped even out some discolourations and acne marks. It's natural, it's cheap, it's easy to use and it's very effective. What's there not to love about it?
