Make Up Forever just launched Smoky Extravagant this month, a new mascara that promises dark, luscious, thick lashes.
The brush is what captured my attention immediately. It's big and it's tapered. The narrow end is perfect at getting and lifting those tiny and sparse lashes in the inner corners while the thicker end is great at depositing product through the lashes and giving you volume and fullness. The formula is medium wet and creamy and it's very build-able. The pigment is indeed black and rich and it packs a punch. Expect flared out, voluminous, black-black lashes with this mascara. Expect drama!!!
It washed out with easy at night and unfortunately I did experience some flaking during the day, but then again, it has been soooo humid and hot here in Montreal.
Overall this is a good mascara. A great quality product that you would expect from a brand like MUFE. My sample did give me issues with product gathering at the tip, like other people mentioned, but I just wiped it off. It does waste products, I agree. I do however have only the sample size mascara and not the actual full size tube.
