Limited Edition Dr. Hauschka Eyeshadow Palette Review and Swatches

You probably already know Dr. Hauschka for their amazing skincare, any self respecting beauty fanatic or make-up artist seems to swear by their products, and with good reason; today, however, I have a make-up item I wanna talk about.

Simply named Limited Edition Dr. Hauschka Eyeshadow Palette,  this palette is the ultimate neutral matte foursome. The packaging is sleek and compact with a pretty big inside mirror and a little brush, which I find to be very handy for when I'm on the go or at my boyfriend's house with limited resources and trying to apply my makeup.

The eyeshadows all have a matte finish to them; the formula is not too soft not too powdery, it manages to be a perfect mix between the two which works great with the matteness pf the shadows. The shadows blend out nicely but never look powdery or cakey once on; you can easily diffuse them across the lid even when worn over a sticky base such as MAC's Paint Pots.
I am a little obsessed with the shades in this palette. I think Dr. Hauschka did a fantastic job at selecting these four neutrals, you have a perfect beige, not too white, not to yellow; a warm and a cool tones taupe and a darker brown. All shadows perform incredibly, they apply well, they blend like a dream and last all day. The eyeshadows also claim to be infused with a ton of plant extracts such as silk, black tea, kidney vetch and witch hazel to help nourish the delicate area around your eyes.

All in all, this palette surprised me, it's the perfect basic, neutral matte palette; it's simple and easy and I can't stop reaching for it every morning. I think the formula and the color range are fantastic and the fact that it's such a clean product makes me that much happier and interested in trying out new make-up from the brand. Look for this palette on August 15th, 2015.
