It is no secret that I love Make Up For Ever and the star of this look are two lip products from the line: the Aqua Lip Liner in 8C and the Rouge Artist Intense in 43. Both pair together beautifully for the most classic red lip you can ask for. The liner does a great job at lining the lips without tugging allowing you to draw the most perfect line with ease while the lipstick delivers a saturated color that lasts all day. The color is that classic red, not too cool nor to warm, that can flatter anyone. The formula is comfortable to wear and like I mentioned before it lasts all day without budging or loosing its vibrancy. Lord knows I have many lipsticks in my stash but there's something about this formula and color that make me want to wear it all the time. It's simply the perfect red lipstick.
To complete this look I decided to keep it all the family brand and went ahead and used both the liquid version as well as the stick form of the Ultra HD foundation (liquid all over the face, stick to spot conceal and under eye), smudged Aqua Eyes in Black alongside the lash line for a soft cat eye and topped of my lashes with a coat of Smoky Extravaganza mascara.
