Last week Alexa and I attended the media party for the Lise Watier Foundation "Carry the Light" Campaign. The Lise Watier Foundation launched Carry The Light, its first major public fundraising and awareness campaign dedicated to helping Quebec women in need. You can contriubute by supporting the cause in a few different ways, by purchasing the campaign's featured products at any Bizou or Lise Watier Cosmetiques retail outlet, include the #carrythelight hashtag on social media or making a financial contribution. As the instigator of this movement Ms Watier wants to send a clear message: we need to be aware of the everyday living conditions and challenges faced by women in need.
Lise Watier Cosmetiques carries the light with its Sparkle of Hope gloss and Rouge Pulmpissiomo lipstick. All proceeds will be donated to the Lise Watier Foundation.
Bizou carries the light with its pendants specifically designed for the Lise Watier Foundation, as a show of support for the cause. The pendant design was inspired by the power and solidarity generated when women come together to reach for the light.
