Quo by Orly recently released a new formula of polishes comprised of a base color and a flexible sealcoat. Color AMP'D promises to wear like a gel yet be removed like a regular polish.
Today I have Surfer Girl to share with you. The color has a base coat built in and while the formula is a little on the thin side it builds up nicely to full opacity in two-three coats. The color is a bright pink, almost fluorescent. The color is bright and loud and it seems to me to be a perfect choice for summer. The formula does indeed wear well and although it doesn't exactly look like gel it does have a high shine that keeps for days. I do have to say that the top coat is fantastic, it has high shine, a nice thick formula and wears great.
