Avon's Gel Finish in Rain Washed is a beautiful pastel blue with a great formula. The cream finish requires two to three coats to be built to full opacity but once it sets it wears nicely, keeping that glossy gel finish for days on end. The color is a uber chic soft pastel blue that's so appropriate for spring.
