I've had Essie's Aruba Blue in my collection for a while now and I am surprised I never took the time to review it given my soft spot for anything blue. Aruba Blue is an eye catching metallic dark blue that can look bright and reflective or subdued and dark depending on the lighting. I've received numerous compliments over this color, it definitely stands out. The formula however, leaves a lot to be desired as it's quite thin and takes more precision than usual to apply and get proper opacity. Once dried I noticed tiny bubbles forming in the polish when looking up close which was a tad disappointing. The color and metallic effect looks lovely but I did notice some tipwear a few days into wearing the polish.
