Paula's Choice The Nude Mattes Eyeshadow Palette + Giveaway

I thought I was over the nude palette trend given the fact that I have so many and only two eyes. I mean, there's only these many combinations of shadows you can have in order to achieve that natural no make-up make-up looks. Then, Paula's Choice The Nude Mattes Eyeshadow Palette landed on my desk.
In the era of chocolate scented eyeshadows and elaborate packaging, this palette seems simple at a first glance. The packaging is simple and made out of cardboard. The eyeshadows looked nice however, all matte with only one shimmer shade but I hate to admit it, the fact that I haven't heard any major Youtuber rave about it didn't get me as excited as I was for other famous nude palettes. I wonder why.
This palette was love at first use. Simple as that. All of the shades in the palette are matte with the exception of one and in my experience matte shadows are the hardest formula to work with. The formulation on this palette is incredible. The shadows are soft and buttery, pack great pigment without sacrificing blendability and the range of colors is the best I have yet to see in a nude palette. You have a great balance of cool and warm tones, light and dark, browns and greije... IMHO they nailed the color range. Nailed it!

It rarely happens that I fall so hard for a product but I honestly have nothing bad to say about this palette. There is no con. I even love the packaging, as simple as it might look, it's light and sturdy; I chose this palette as the only eye make-up to bring along while travelling in Europe last month and it was perfect.
To conclude, this is my most favorite palette so far. That's a big statement for me. It features the best formula I've seen on matte shadows and the best range of nudes I could ask for. I could go on and on raving about the formula and colors but I'll let the swatches speak for themselves.

When I was shipped this product there was a whole mishap with the shipping which resulted in me getting a second palette so I figured I put it up for a giveaway. Trust me, you want this!
